The machine serves for casting PU
mixture to the open forms, located on carousel for making small parts, e.g.
filters.
There are two steel containers for PU components fixed in the welded frame. Containers are equipped with stirrers. Double shell containers permit heating and cooling the components by liquid. Dosing pumps are driven by electric motors with gearbox. Frequency converters control the motor revolutions. In the upper part of the frame is fixed the travel arm for mixin head. Mixing head is low-presure recirculation with closing delivery nozzle. Mixing head, mixer and mixing chanber can be cleaned and washed with solvent and dried with dry pressure air.
