Container of components
Containers are pressure tanks, made of stainless steel and are equipped with double shell, serving for a heating and cooling the components. There is and outlet opening in the bottom part, equipped with a closing ball cock and a through-flow filter. The returning components enter the container through the orifice in the tank shell. The tank is closed by a withdrawable cover sealed with an o-ring. The help of tip-up screws attaches the cover. There is a safety valve, pressure gauge, a cock for the inlet of the compressed air and a cock releasing the pressure on the cover. Besides that, the containers are equipped with mixer, which are driven by electric motor, attached on the cover. Tank of polyol is equipped with orifice for the inlet of the air.
Heating and cooling aggregate
The aggregate is a compact device securing the recirculation of the heat-exchanging liquid in the double shells of all the component tanks. The required temperature can be adjusted on the thermostat. It is equipped with an electrical heater and water-cooling closed in a circle. The aggregate is connected with the tanks by hoses.
Dosing pumps
There are dosing gear pumps for polyol and isocyanate on separate panels on the lower frame part. The pumps are driven by electric motor with gearbox. Frequency converters control the motor revolutions. The pressure sensors describe the outlet pressure of the components. Its value is demonstrated on a pressure indicator. If the upper limit of pressure is exceeded, both the electric motors of the pump drive are switched off.
Mixing head
The mixing head is a low-pressure, re-circulation device, equipped with a rotary mixer. The help of pneumatic cylinder provides the pressure of both components. The outlet nozzle is also closed by pneumatic system. The cleaning of the head after injecting is provided by the help of rinsing liquid and subsequently by blowing with compressed air.
Tank of the rinsing medium
The tank of rinsing medium consists of the stainless tank with a level gauge. There is a through-flow filter mounted on the outlet of the rinsing medium. There is a filling opening with quick-sealing device on the cover for the sake of the tank refilling. Electromagnetic valves control the inlet of the rinsing medium and the compressed air into the mixing head.
Electrical wiring PU Moulding Machine
It is concentrated in a standardised compact switchboard. The elements of operating and controlling of the moulding machine are connected with the 3D robot. The functions of the moulding machine are controlled by programmable automatic machine (PLC).
3D robot with the frame
The equipment consists of the following parts:
● The frame of 3D table, where the pouring and mixing head is placed. The frame is closely fixed to the floor.
● Steel electrical box of 3D robot with drivers of servomotors.
● The computer PC for the transmission of the required shape in the DXF format, setting of the start and end of pouring, setting of quantity of dose in ml/s and setting of rate of motion.
● Optional equipment for any type of table for gripping the products during pouring.
