Double-skin Containers Without Pressure For Isocyanate And Polyol
- volume of containers is 250 l, are equipped with stirrers with electric motor - material hopper on the cover of each container is equipped by silica-gel air drying - cooling and heating by oil and circulatory pumps - indicating of oil level increase - heating of oil by electric convector, cooling by cooling unit with closed circuit - continuous level indication of each component on the main control panel and touch LCD display - each container is equipped with pump for filling of containers from barrels - heated suction pipeline for components
Component Dosing
- two accurate dosing gear pump with cycloidal gear box and electromotor - components are cleaned before entering the pumps, shell of filter is heated - pumps are heated - reading of component pressure with blocking of pump running during overrunning of maximal value
Head Suspension
- mixing head is fixed on the carrier, what is longitudinally moved on the arm - automatic longitudinal movement over the unit by pneumatic cylinder - automatic longitudinal movement of carrier with head over the unit - manual, crosswise movement of arm on the arc frame of form carrier - after pressing START button on the head carrier is position during pouring automatically stabilized by brake of crosswise movement - position of head with respect to the axe of units is read by inductive sensors - position, in which the unit is situated, is displayed on the touch LCD display

Mixing Head
- is constructed for two PUR components, with the possibility of supply of colour concentrate - coloring device"(container for colours)" cab be bought individually, see accesorries - inlet for rinsing by rinsing medium and blowing - mixing of both component is executed by rotary mixer with electromotor over the toothed belt - setting up of the accurate revolutions of mixer is displayed on the LCD display (RPM) - inlet and recycling pressure hoses are heated - mixing chamber is equipped with the cooling shell for water cooling from external aggregate
Rinsing Of Mixing Head
- pressure tank with the volume of 45l - continuous indication of level on the main switchboard and on the LCD display - emergency control of rinsing
Units Moulds Bracket
- construction is made of 6, 12, 18 or 24 modular sections - unit for fixing of two-piece or three-piece moulds with the maximal volume W240xL420xH230mm - units opening and closing by the pneumatic cylinder with mechanical lock during closing- fully electric control for each unit - closing is two-hand after pouring is automatic or manual opening is automatic or manual - setting up of lean of unit with range ± 10° - each lower desk of unit is heated adjustable regulation always for 6 units
